Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is a modern, evidence-based approach that combines psychotherapy, neuroscience and hypnosis to support positive change.
Rather than analysing problems in depth or focusing heavily on the past, this approach helps you focus on where you want to move forward to. By exploring your strengths and the small steps that move life in a better direction, the brain can begin to build healthier patterns of thinking and responding.
Many of the challenges people experience – such as anxiety, stress, poor sleep or low mood – are linked to how the brain reacts when it feels under pressure. When we spend too long in this “survival mode”, it can become harder to think clearly, feel calm or manage emotions.
Solution Focused Hypnotherapy helps to gently calm the nervous system and support the brain to return to a more balanced state.
During sessions we combine supportive therapeutic conversations with guided relaxation through hypnosis. Hypnosis is simply a natural state of focused relaxation, similar to being absorbed in a book or drifting into sleep. You remain fully aware and in control throughout.
As the mind relaxes, the brain becomes more receptive to helpful suggestions and can begin to strengthen more positive patterns of thinking.
